Have your say - take part in research to help improve the PPSR user experience

Have you recently used the PPSR or heard of the PPSR and not exactly sure how it can help? We want to hear from you!

We have partnered with market research providers Instinct and Reason to run several research sessions to help us gauge user understanding of what the PPSR is and how it can help them.

We'd love to hear your thoughts about our messaging, what works and doesn't, and how we can better communicate the benefits of the PPSR to you.

What's involved?

Our research partners Instinct and Reason are currently running virtual group discussions with users to ask questions about the PPSR.

To thank you for your time, Instinct and Reason will provide a gift card to participants after the session.

Led by a trained researcher, the discussion will be very informal. There are no right or wrong answers.

The research is voluntary, confidential, and will be conducted in accordance with the Market and Social Research Privacy Principles. Your personal information will not be identifiable by participating in this research.
