How to use PPSR forms
Please note that the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 may indicate that an 'approved form' should be used but no actual form exists. In these cases, you can find the requirements in the relevant legislative provision.

Registering and searching is done online – we do not provide paper forms.
Registrar process forms
These forms must be sent to AFSA once completed. You can do this by emailing enquiries@ppsr.gov.au.
Government agency forms
Forms for use by government agencies only.
B2G forms
These forms are used by business that wish to access the PPSR through the business to government (B2G) channel. For more information, see B2G Hub.
General finance and credit forms
The following general finance and credit forms are available on the AFSA website:
Secured party notices for dealing with collateral
These approved forms are notices used by secured parties when dealing with collateral. They are served on the relevant party, do not send them to the Registrar.
