When to use the notice of intention to remove accession form

This notice is used by a secured party where they propose to remove certain personal property (as described in the notice) from the collateral listed in their registration, unless the amount specified in the notice is paid.

In these circumstances, the secured party would send this notice to the grantor and state the date by which they must comply.
